St Martin’s Court

We worked closely with the design and client team to curate and install a furniture package for the transformation of this existing office space in St Martin’s Court into a collaborative and flexible workspace for CBRE. The client, the world's largest commercial real estate services firm, wanted to create a working environment that exemplifies how space can be used to foster collaboration and improve productivity. The building is now made up of reception, meeting rooms, informal breakout spaces, pods and a staff restaurant that doubles as event space.

St Martin’s Court provides around 100,000 sq ft of space for 900 staff across six floors. It was imperative for the client that the building remained operational throughout the refurbishment works. We worked closely with the project team, sticking to a tight 12-month programme from tender to specification refinement. Given the client’s forward-thinking outlook, technology was central to the project and over 222,000m of data cable was installed along with furniture featuring integrated technology. Delivery was carried out over ten phases with each carefully planned and executed to exacting timings and procedures in line with the client’s schedule. The project called for efficient communication, effective management and sensitivity to ensure as little disruption as possible.
